You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

✅ You must provide the order number or proof of purchase.
Please note that certain products (such as personal care items, undergarments, or customized products) are not eligible for return due to hygiene and personalization reasons.
💸 Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via WhatsApp or email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be made to your original payment method or through store credit, as per your choice.
Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered.

We offer exchanges only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
